Yasutaka Yorozu is an acoustic bass player, who hails from Kyoto, Japan and makes his own creative sound not only on jazz scene but in different styles of music landscapes - nothing is off limits.
Yorozu began to show up in the world of jazz when he was a college student and has been sharing his performance with many talented artists from all over the globe.
A guitar was the first place that music had found in his life. Inspired by his father, who was a bluesman, Yorozu in his boyhood got on a guitar and went on to play it all; blues, rock, funk.... He has finally found his field in jazz and devotes himself to acoustic bass playing.
Yorozu used to study jazz under Tomoyuki Kimura, as well as classical music under Ken Sakakura.
He graduated from the jazz course at Junior College of Osaka College of Music.
